Greetings!
I am deeply honored and humbled to welcome you to the NINPAA Nursing Conference, NP Week Celebration, and our 10th Anniversary Celebration. This memorable milestone represents a decade of dedication, collaboration, leadership, and unwavering commitment to advancing the nurse practitioner profession through education, advocacy, mentorship, and service.
Over the past ten years, NINPAA has grown into a strong professional organization through educational conferences, monthly professional meetings, health fairs, community outreach programs, scholarships for NP and DNP students, recognition of new graduates, and opportunities for precepting and mentoring future healthcare leaders. These initiatives reflect our continued commitment to strengthening the nursing profession, empowering nurse practitioners, and improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve. As the Founder and Chairman of NINPAA, I am deeply grateful to all who believed in our vision and supported the establishment and growth of this organization.
I extend my heartfelt appreciation to our current and past leaders, Executive Board members, Governing Board members, Advisory Board members, state representatives, committee chairs and co-chairs, conference planning teams, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, editorial board members and every NINPAA member whose dedication, commitment, and service have been instrumental in our growth and success. I offer special recognition and gratitude to those who helped establish and strengthen NINPAA during its formative years. Your vision, passion, perseverance, and unwavering belief in our mission have laid the foundation for the organization we proudly celebrate today and continue to inspire us as we advance the future of nursing together.
As we celebrate this remarkable 10-year journey, I encourage every member to continue supporting our mission, actively participating in our programs, mentoring future nurse practitioners, and working together to advance the future of nursing. Together, through collaboration, leadership, and service, we will continue to build a stronger NINPAA and make a lasting impact on healthcare.
“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success.”
